Discovery calls are short on purpose. We ask the specific questions that change the shortlist — seniority, tools, working hours, meeting cadence, and the single trait that would make a hire obviously right or obviously wrong.

  3. Behavioral Interview

    30–45 minutes with the founder. Communication, async discipline, problem-framing, and Western business fluency.

  4. AI-Assisted Scoring & Reference Check

    Structured scoring across skills, communication, and fit, calibrated against our network baseline. Two references called before the shortlist.

Client Introduction

You receive a shortlist of 2–3 pre-vetted candidates with CVs, work samples, and our assessment notes.


The shortlist is short on purpose. Three candidates with honest trade-off notes beats twelve CVs you have to triage. Each profile includes what the candidate is strong at, where they're still growing, and our read on how they'd fit your specific team.

You interview the ones you want. We schedule, you assess, we debrief. Decision stays with you.
