MARKETING & SALES

Hire a Customer Success Manager.

Onboarding, adoption, expansion, and the renewal conversation — owned by someone who reads the product as well as the contract.

Pre-vetted, full-time dedicated, with HR & payroll handled.

Overview

What a Customer Success Manager actually does.

Customer success managers in our network protect and grow the revenue you've already booked. We vet for product fluency, written communication on async handoffs, and the discipline to spot a churn signal in the support transcript before it shows up in the dashboard.

Responsibilities

  • Run customer onboarding and time-to-value milestones
  • Drive adoption via QBRs, training sessions, and async check-ins
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales on upsell
  • Own renewal conversations — forecast, negotiate, close
  • Surface product feedback to engineering with concrete artefacts

How We Vet This Role

Role-scoped, not one-size-fits-all.

CSM candidates run a written QBR scenario against a fictional account — we grade story arc, the questions they prepare, and how they frame a renewal at risk.
